1. Scope of Services

Element Logistics provides logistics, transportation, cold chain, and related supply chain services, including but not limited to ambient, chilled, and frozen transportation. All services are subject to availability, operational constraints, and agreed service terms.

2. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete shipment information
• Ensuring goods are properly packaged, labelled, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Declaring the correct nature, value, and handling requirements of all goods

Element Logistics reserves the right to refuse or suspend services for non-compliant, hazardous, or improperly declared shipments.

3. Temperature-Controlled Shipments

While Element Logistics applies industry-standard procedures and monitoring systems, temperature-controlled services are provided based on the specifications agreed in writing. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by:

• Inherent product characteristics
• Improper packaging by the customer
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are subject to quotation or contractual agreement. Invoices must be settled within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur interest, administrative fees, or suspension of services.

5. Liability & Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Element Logistics’s liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the amount specified in the applicable contract or service agreement. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

6. Insurance

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Element Logistics does not provide cargo insurance. Customers are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage where necessary.

7. Force Mature

Element Logistics shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or system failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Element Logistics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

All commercial, operational, and pricing information shared between Element Logistics and the customer shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Element Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
